This is healthy grain & berry bars made by me for a girls meeting. Took all seeds, figs, raisin, nuts, #granola etc, everything I found in my cupboard. The base (sticky bit) was mashed banana, a bit of honey and molasses, added oats, mixed everything, formed on a tray shaping it as a square and baked for 40 mins (120 C).
